All Star Restoration is based in Brooklyn and dispatches its own crews. We are not a call center routing your emergency to whoever happens to be nearest, the people who answer at 2 a.m. are the same team that shows up, whether you are in a Park Slope brownstone, a Queens two-family, a Manhattan high-rise, or a single-family home out on Long Island.

Every part of our service area brings its own restoration challenges, and we build for them: prewar plaster and shared walls in the older boroughs, finished basements and crawl spaces across Brooklyn and Queens, co-op and condo boards that need proper documentation, HPD mold violations, and the flood-prone low-lying blocks near the water. When you call, we already know the kind of building we are walking into and what it takes to dry, clean, and rebuild it correctly.

Response time matters more than a fancy service map. Because we run our own crews across the five boroughs and Long Island, we can get to most emergencies fast, and on a water or sewage loss, the first few hours are what decide whether materials are saved or replaced.
